making.

Here are the useful answers. If your question needs a person, we’re an email away.

What am I buying?

A digital ZIP of 3D print files (STL, plus 3MF for the Terrace Dock) with a guide, dimension table and licence. You print the parts yourself. No physical product is shipped. Each product page lists exactly what is included.

Is the Cycloid Drive 25:1 really free?

Yes. The Cycloid Drive 25:1 pack (STL and STEP files, an 18-piece fit-test coupon, a bill of materials, a PDF assembly guide and a firmware example) is a free download from its page at /cycloid, with no sign-up. It is licensed for personal, non-commercial use: please do not sell prints or re-upload the files; link to the page instead.

When can I purchase a design?

The designs are previewing while the marketplace shops are being prepared. Product pages will link to a verified purchase destination once it is live. You can browse all of the files’ specifications now, or email us about availability.

Do I need a 3D printer?

Yes, or access to someone who can print them for you within the licence. The clay-tool reference uses PLA, a 0.4 mm FDM nozzle and 0.16 mm layers; the Terrace Dock is designed for PETG or PETG-CF, with optional TPU feet. You also need slicer software. No resin or universal-printer compatibility is claimed.

Are all the sizes included?

Yes. There is no need to choose a size at checkout. Arch Lines and Facet Lines each include three main sizes and three coordinating stud sizes. Botanical Lines includes two sizes of each of its three motifs.

Does the Clay Lines Collection include Botanical Lines?

No. The Clay Lines Collection combines Arch Lines and Facet Lines, for 18 STL tools. Botanical Lines is a separate 12-STL pack. Buying the bundle and either Arch or Facet separately would duplicate that pack.

Have these designs been physically tested?

Every file passed digital mesh, dimension and slicer checks. The clay tools have not been physically test-printed, so clay release, cutting performance, durability and final results remain unverified. For the Terrace Dock, a prototype stand has been printed and its bit-pocket size was checked with a genuine NEX E2 Ultra bit set using the included fit coupon. All product images are renders of the actual models.

What else do I need for the Terrace Dock?

A Fanttik NEX E2 Ultra and its bits, which are not included. The stand can sit directly on its flat base. The optional TPU feet need four M3xL4xD5 brass heat-set inserts, four M3 × 8 mm socket-head screws and a soldering iron with an insert tip. Print the included fit coupon first to check the pockets and dock in your filament.

Is the Terrace Dock made or approved by Fanttik?

No. Harbe Works is an independent studio. Fanttik and NEX E2 Ultra are named only to describe what the dock is designed to hold; we are not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Fanttik.

Can I sell what I make?

For the clay collections, you may sell clay crafts made using the tools you print; selling printed plastic tools or redistributing the digital files is not included. The Terrace Dock is licensed for personal use only, so printed docks may not be sold. The free Cycloid Drive 25:1 is for personal, non-commercial use, so printed parts and assembled drives may not be sold. See the file licence page and your included LICENSE.txt.

Can I scale the files?

Use the included sizes at 100% scale where possible. Scaling a finished STL also changes walls, relief lines and gaps, and the Terrace Dock’s pockets and bore are sized for the real tool, so never scale it. STL files do not embed units, so import them as millimetres.

My file is not opening or printing as expected. What should I send?

Email us with your collection, exact filename, printer, nozzle size, material, slicer/version and what happened. If you have purchased, include your order reference privately. Screenshots of the slicer issue are useful. Do not post order or personal information publicly.

What about refunds or file defects?

Contact us if you cannot access a purchased file or suspect a defect. We will investigate the affected release and help resolve the problem. The purchase marketplace’s policies and applicable consumer rights govern the transaction; we do not impose a blanket no-refund claim.
